I will email you within 48 hours of purchase to set up a 30 minute zoom call that works with your schedule.
You will also be sent an invite to the nudge app.
Coaching begins as soon as you book your first session.
You will have access to me via email and Nudge app throughout the coaching program. I will be there to support you every step of the way.
You will also have access to me via Zoom for 15 minutes each week.
While I don’t provide weekly menus, I will empower, support, and teach you how to create them yourself
30 minute initial call to discuss your current status and help develop a strategic plan for you.
15 minute zoom call weekly to go over how your week went and to help you have a good plan for the next week.
